Gene Levine is a professional life coach, problem solver, lead researcher, specializing in the field of human performance and sleep health. In 1965, Gene was the founder and director of Gene Levine Associates (GLA), a respected consulting organization. Its mission is helping people, organizations, and corporations attain their desire to realize their full potential.

His deep dive into sleep health began when a client—suffering from severe "Thought Attacks"—retained GLA to find a natural solution for his sleep loss. Gene approached the challenge as a scientific observer. As a well-known researcher, he gathered extensive data from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and the National Sleep Foundation (NSF) and noted professional, Sleep Somnologists (Board-certified physicians or specialists trained in Somnology–the scientific study of sleep and sleep disorders). He combined all those findings with his own landmark clinical observation study of over 7,000 random adults. After years of research and clinical testing, his team discovered a 15-minute protocol to help restore balance, and calmness to the brain that’s been proven to end sleeplessness and mild forgetfulness.
